Directions
There are three tabs (sheets) in this document. You will enter your data on the first tab (DataEntry) and then print that sheet and the second tab (Calculations) to submit with your budget report. The third tab is not used.
Step 1: On tab 1 (DataEntry) Enter the data in the yellow cells with your projected numbers for next school year.
Step 2: Select the Yes/No option for testing and keyboarding. Note that Yes/No items that are Bold/Italic are required and not editable.
Step 3. Print both the DataEntry and Calculations sheets and submit with your propose budget.
You will be billed for any additional students in the fall as reflected on your opening report.

DreamBox
Product Description: DreamBox Learning is an adaptive, online program to help students develop Math skills. It is designed to complement classroom instruction and is used by the Florida Conference for students in grades K-8.

Learning A-Z
Note: Learning A-Z products are order per teacher through the Office of Education. Principals should consult with Mayra Rodriquez regarding which products should be ordered for your schools. The numbers are included in this sheet for budgeting purposes. Prices are estimated for next school year.

RAZ-Plus – (Combines Reading A-Z and RAZ-Kids)
Raz-Plus is a blended learning platform that combines teacher-led whole-class and small-group instruction with technology-enabled resources for personalized reading practice. All resources are accessible online and available in printable, projectable, and digital formats to strengthen the connection between what is being taught and what students independently practice.

Reading Plus
Product Description: ReadingPlus adaptive instructional program that not only assesses efficiency, but also measures and increases motivation and comprehension while supplying feedback to teachers to better support students as they advance to proficient readers. This program is used by the Florida Conference for students in grades 4-8 and third grade students who have progressed past Lexia.
Cost: $36.50/student - Required for 3-8, except 3rd grade students who struggle and are utilizing Lexia
Lexia
Product Description: This fun program allows students to work at their own pace to develop critical reading and language skills through individualized, motivating learning paths while updating teachers on the progress. Lexia is required by the Florida Conference for students in K-2 and for third graders needing additional help.
Cost: $50/student - Required for PK-2. Optional for students in grade 3 who struggle with reading
Keyboarding - Typesy
Product Description: A leading online keyboard teaching software.
Cost: $2.28/student - Required for grades 4-8. Optional for grades 9-12
TestOut Products
Testout provides technology training for student with a certification track option. There are three training programs that will be of special interest to our schools. They are listed below.
Desktop Pro Plus
PC Pro
Network Pro
While these are certification track courses you can pick and choose the units you want to teach and use this over multiple years to teach a broad spread of skills or condense it to a one year certification track course for advanced students.
Elementary schools should take special note of the Desktop Pro Plus. What is exciting about this program is that it covers Microsoft Office product but also includes units on:
- Internet and Social Media
- Digital Communications (Netiquette)
- Online Safety and Security
- Evaluating Online Information
These cover much of the NAD Technology Standards that get missed.
All these lessons – including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, etc. – are all online and you don’t have to be an expert in the subject matter to use this in your classroom!
Cost:
- Desktop Pro Plus - $15/student. This rate is for 100 student across the conference. The more students we have the lower the cost per student goes.
- PC Pro and Network Pro: $99.95 /per student. With more students we can lower the cost, potentially cutting the cost in half.
Please note that Microsoft, CompTIA, or Cisco certification exams are extra.
Microsoft 365
Product Description: A complete, intelligent solution, including Office 365 for cloud and desktop, Windows 10, and Security, that empowers everyone to be creative and work together, securely. This provides licensing for all school owned computers an Office desktop licensing for student personal computers.
Cost: $69 per “Knowledge Worker” per year. A knowledge worker is any employee excluding maintenance, custodial and other staff that do not use computers as part of their regular employment. When entering data, teachers will be automatically included in this count. You need to add any additional conference or locally hired employees that are not included in your teacher count. All knowledge workers are required to be covered.
Adobe
Product Description: Includes complete set of Adobe Creative Cloud apps (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, inDesign, Premier, etc) for all school owned computers and for all staff.
Cost: $23.70 per FTE employee per year. All employees are required to be covered.
Content Filter
Product Description: LightSpeed Relay. Content filtering for all devices and school internet connection as well as student safety features. https://www.lightspeedsystems.com/relay/ Required for all schools. Exceptions granted if schools can submit verification of approved per device/user content filtering already in place.
Cost: $9 per device per year. All computer, ipads, and chromebooks are required to be covered.
Mobile Device Manager (MDM)
Product Description: LightSpeed Mobile Manager. Manage all you Apple devices from one interface. Add apps and change settings and lock down options easily. https://www.lightspeedsystems.com/products/mobile-manager/ Recommended for all Apple devices.
Cost: $9 per device per year.
Classroom
Product Description: Automated Teacher Assistance - Teachers need to know what’s happening on student devices, but they can’t be tied to their desks in order to monitor them. MAP / WrAP Testing
Product Description: Put assessment into action using MAP Growth data to pinpoint the instructional areas your students are ready to tackle—whether they’re on, above, or below grade level.
WrAP is a direct measure of student writing achievement and serves as a tool to help classroom teachers pinpoint specific strengths and weaknesses of their students’ written expression.

WPP
WPP (Writing Practice Program) is an online learning tool designed to assist students in grades 3 through 12 with improving their writing abilities. The system acts as a partner with teachers, providing unlimited access to custom and teacher created writing prompts, electronic graphic organizers, automated scoring, instant feedback, portfolios, and interactive student tutorials to improve writing skills
