Welcome to the Florida Conference Office of Education (FLCOE - pronounced "flow-koh").
As a new member of the FLCOE team, you have an entire team dedicated to supporting your success within your first year and beyond.
The FLCOE team, in partnership with the HR team, will work to facilitate your transition through the onboarding experience. We look forward to meeting you at New Educator Orientation (NEO)! On the Tabs to the left you will find more information to help guide you through the onboarding steps, sign up for NEO and getting started with any learning requirements on "My Online Learning."

Academic Calendar
Schools can adjust some dates to fit their local situation, so you will need to check with your local school for their specific calendar. However, this one will give you the general framework of the school year as well as the dates on which you will have responsibilities to the conference office.
Florida Conference regular office hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and closed on Fridays.
